Saquarema, Rio de Janeiro x Kanab, Utah

Ron and I had been looking for a new place to call home for quite some time. Brazil was always a top contender due to family, beauty, and of course, all the fun, but... when the time came and we were finally able to make the choice, Kanab won!

Saquarema is a beautiful small town in Rio de Janeiro, our house is about 3 blocks from the beach and my mom lives there. My sister and most of my family and friends live in Rio which is only 2 hours away by car, so how come this small western town in Utah "won" the competition???

Well, Kanab is truly a gem that slowly is being discovered. Although it has only about 5,000 habitants its exceptional geographic location in the Golden Circle and its natural beauty got us by the heart! Here small town living, where neighbors still help neighbors mix well with the thousands of visitors from all over the world. If Kanab is not yet on your future travel plans, make sure to add it, you will not be disappointed! And if you would like to see a property, I'll be glad to show it to you.
